• Introduction The YGS-120 anchoring engineering drilling rig is a fully hydraulic driven dual power head drilling rig, widely used for drilling large tonnage prestressed anchor holes, large-diameter anchor pile holes, grouting holes, and small foundation pile holes in water Electric stations, highways, and railway slopes.
  
  Main features ● Dual power head drilling rig can achieve multiple drilling methods:
  ● ⑴． When drilling in thick (30-50 meters) fractured layers and accumulations, the rear power head is connected to the internal drilling tool, and the end is connected to a DTH hammer to achieve impact rotary drilling. The front power head drives the casing to rotate and protect the wall. In complex formations (fractured layers and accumulations), fast drilling and rapid grouting can be achieved.
  ● ⑵． During construction in loose cover layers, quicksand layers, and mud layers, the internal drilling tools are ordinary rotary drilling tools or long spiral drilling tools. The front power head drives the casing to rotate and protect the wall.
  ●⑶． When drilling in relatively complete formations, a separate power head can be used for conventional rotary drilling and impact rotary drilling.
  ● The drilling rig has a strong lifting force and torque, strong accident handling ability, and high drilling efficiency.
  ● The drilling rig is equipped with clamps and unloaders, which can achieve mechanization of unscrewing drill rods and casing, greatly reducing labor intensity for workers and improving work efficiency.
  ● The drilling rig adopts a modular combination design and a dual hydraulic station system, which has good decomposability, convenient disassembly and relocation, and is convenient for construction in mountainous areas and other places with inconvenient transportation.
