Overview The QCW type valveless pneumatic down-hole impactor has the characteristics of simple structure, excellent performance, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and low air consumption. The impactor eliminates the complex gas distribution structure and replaces it with a simple gas distribution path, with compressed air blowing, short airway distance, and small gas pressure loss; In addition, the use of compressed gas expansion for work greatly reduces the air consumption of the impactor, thereby reducing the capacity of the air compressor, reducing the weight of the air compressor, and reducing energy consumption. This facilitates construction in mountainous areas and construction sites with inconvenient transportation or frequent relocation. Although the impactor is designed and manufactured under low wind conditions, its expansion performance will be fully utilized under medium to high wind pressure conditions, resulting in better rock drilling results.
